A marketplace built around the lot.
LotWagon is a business-to-business marketplace operated by HDC Brands LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Instead of scattering inventory across a general classifieds feed, LotWagon presents each seller's inventory as a dedicated lot — one page per seller, with document-backed listings a buyer can verify and inspect before committing.
How LotWagon works
Sellers keep control. The equipment stays the seller's until it sells. The seller sets the price, keeps the final say on the deal, and completes the sale directly with the buyer. LotWagon never takes title or possession of listed equipment.
Buyers inspect first. Inventory is available for in-person inspection at the lot location shown on each listing — inspection happens at the seller's own warehouse or dedicated premises. Specifications are transcribed from seller and manufacturer documents, and where sources conflict we flag it rather than paper over it.
Simple, published fees. Sellers pay a flat 8% on a completed sale, plus Stripe processing fees. Buyers pay zero fees, ever. There is no buyer's premium and no hidden marketplace charge on either side.
Who sells on LotWagon
Businesses with real inventory to move: warehouse and industrial equipment dealers, liquidators and surplus operators, rental fleets, and suppliers across restaurant equipment, furniture, appliances, fitness equipment, and building materials. Our first live lot is run by American Liquidators LLC — you can browse it on the American Liquidators lot page.
